Cancellation of your reservation
If you decide to cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or email as indicated on your booking confirmation. If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the rental start date, you will receive a full refund. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the rental start date, you may not receive a refund.
Return of the car
When returning the car, check its availability at the location specified in the rental agreement. If you are unable to return the car to the place specified in the contract, please contact us so that we can arrange a return to another location.
If you return your car earlier than indicated in the booking, you will not receive a refund for the unused period.
When you return the car, check it for damage and make sure that you return it in the same condition as you received it. If the vehicle is damaged or damage has been caused, you may be required to pay additional costs.
