Luxrental Car rental Terms and Conditions

For Ukrainian citizens

  • Driver's license
  • Passport (civil or foreign passport)
  • Identification code (TIN)
  • Age: at least 21 years old
  • Driving experience: at least 3 years old

For foreign clients

  • Driver's license (international standard)
  • Expat Card

Acceptance, refund, and mileage limits

Payment and deposit

When renting, a deposit is required and payment is made for the number of days of rental in advance. The car is issued clean and with documents.

Fuel and condition

The customer is obliged to return the car in its original condition and with the same amount of fuel. If you need dry cleaning, washing or painting, a surcharge is charged.

Mileage limit

Daily limit — 300 km. For every 100 km over, a fee of $ 20, $ 30, or $ 40 is charged (depending on the car class).

Refund delay

Additional free time — 2 hours. If there is a delay of more than 2 hours, you will be charged for each day of delay.

Unconditional refund

This is the maximum amount for which the Customer is liable in case of car damage (paid regardless of the Customer's fault).

  • SUVs and minibuses 900$ - 4000$
Actions in case of an accident: Be sure to call the Patrol police, draw up a report, make a photo/video recording and immediately inform our manager.

Tenant responsibilities and strict prohibitions

You are responsible for the safety of your car. Lock the car, use the anti-theft system and remove valuable devices (navigators, radios). Repairs without the company's consent are strictly prohibited. Be sure to use seat belts and child safety seats.

Check-in to the war zone.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Travel outside of Ukraine without written permission.
Subletting the car or using it for taxi/transportation for a fee.
Towing other vehicles, driving with a trailer, participating in races and rallies.
Rent for the purpose of learning to drive or transfer the steering wheel to a person under 21 years of age.
Traffic violations and driving in restricted areas (airfields, etc.).
